I am extremely pleased about how the motorcycle was serviced. However, I was only able to ride it for no more than 70 miles. It seems that one of the gas lines inside the tank is disconnected. Please advise about my request for service. Again thank you.

I recently bought my second bike from Pro Italia. As like the first the sales service was awesome. No pressure, Kevin made the sale fast and easy. 1.5 hours and I was out the door. I love my Tuono 660 it handles like a dream. I have a V4 and thought I would miss the tons power. At first I was on the fence but after 2,500 miles I am considering selling my big guy it's that fun. If you are considering a 660 platform don't listen to any negative reviews it is the bomb. I am a liter bike guy and bought it as a toy. No way once you figure out the power 7,000+ rpm it will keep up with anything (up to about 125). I have had no issues with it at all. The service department did the first service in two hours, super fast. Mike in the service department took great care of me. I was so happy I had them install an IMU the same day. another couple hours and it was done. I purchased several after market parts from Pro Italia and they were all in stock and at a good price. Actually cheaper than I found them on line. Pro Italia gets top marks form me. From sales, service to parts I could not be happier. If you want a 660 you will not be disappointed. After the break in period give it the beans and you will be impressed with the performance. Like Kevin says "I sell fun" and he dose thank you guys!

Pro Italia is one of the best dealership experiences I have had with any type of vehicle. They are friendly and helpful, and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. I have bought two bikes there, and they'll be the first place I go when I'm looking for another one. You can't go wrong with this business.

I purchased a Bike remotely and the experience has been exceptional. Kevin has taken care of everything and the bike arrived at my doorstep as promised. Great Bike, Great Price, Great Service!

I called Pro Italia because my Triumph Street Twin's engine light came on. The gentleman there (Tage) gave me an appointment for the next day and when I showed up at the appointed time., I was seen immediately and Tage informed me that he needed 30 minutes to restore the software, or something of that nature.
Not wanting to hang around, he told me about a nice bakery/coffee shop just up the street. I sat outside the bakery and enjoyed a coffee and danish. Tage called me exactly 30 minutes later - the bike was ready to go.
Tage has good communication skills and was very helpful. I also appreciated that the service area was clean and orderly. I'm pleased with the service there and will return.Darryl S, North Hollywood, CA -
For 25 years, Pro Italia has been one of the best (if not the best) European motorcycle dealerships in Southern California. They've carried all sorts of marques including Aprilia (my favorite!), Ducati, MV Agusta, and Moto Guzzi.
After almost 10 years, I'm happy to see that PI is once again welcoming Triumph back into their family - with a brand new shop to boot!
To celebrate the momentous occasion, Pro Italia threw a huge party at their new store for all their friends and family. They had a cool rockabilly band keeping up the spirits, snacks, and refreshments for everyone to enjoy.
They raffled away some really cool prizes. Turns out I'm really good at raffles because the Missus and I won a cool grab bag. We almost won with our second ticket, too!
It was great to see the PI family including Bill, Rick, Karen, and Ben. It's always a good time when you get a bunch of motorcycle enthusiasts together in a room with beer.
I hope to be a Triumph owner once again in the future. On second thought, I should probably just get an Aprilia! In any case, Pro Italia can help you with some great bikes and merchandise.Aren A, San Francisco, CA -
I sold my bike, and after lunch with a friend nearby, I decided to stop into the pro italia triumph showroom on my way home. I was debating between a daytona 675 and an unnamed Japanese bike. While I hadn't done a whole bunch of research, I ended up talking to Robbes, and he ended up earning my business.
I asked him what type of pricing I would be looking at for the last 2013 model they had in stock. He was straightforward and up-front with everything, and not only did he give me all the information I needed to make my decision, but he gave me a deal I couldn't refuse.
Not once did I feel any pressure or dishonesty as is typical from a lot of dealerships. I decided to come back the next day to leave a deposit for the bike. Robbes was also patient waiting me for me to make up my mind (almost ten days) regarding financing, and once again, there was no pressure for any extras.
I can't recommend this business enough, and of course Robbes at Pro Italia Triumph in Glendale.Daniel M, Canyon Country, CA -
Great Guys! Scott, Bill and Alessandro. Nice people and very good service. They'll help you with everything.
5 stars deserved!

Purchased a Bonneville T120 from Spencer with help from Rick also. This is my 14th motorcycle and I have never dealt with a M/C shop as good as Pro Italia. The customer service is 2nd to none!!! Derek very helpful with parts order.

I purchased my Moto Guzzi V7 Stone through Pro Italia and I wouldn't have it any other way! They were extremely nice and had a ton of knowledge AND after market pieces to really add that individual touch to my bike. They aren't British Customs or Dues but if you are a Moto Guzzi enthusiast They are the ONLY one I would go to, not only did they get the job done to what I wanted but also went the extra mile and sent me pictures of the build along the way. All in all a great experience and to add to that they worked with me to give me a great deal.

Came in to buy a Thruxton after talking to Chris on the phone. Everyone was great. Lots of bikes to look at. They answered all my newbie questions. I bought with confidence and they delivered it to my house for free. Beautiful bike. Great service.
Thank you guys!Chris B, Los Angeles, CA -
I had a very good experience with pro Italia. I've purchased a pre owned Moto Guzzi v7 Racer that was modified with front firing and back seat and when I asked about the original parts that came off the bike Robbes "sale person" told me that yes we have all these parts and it goes with bike but you have to wait until the owner Bobbi comes back from Italy to give them to you.

Excellent service. I made an online purchase and did an in store pick up with no hassle. They are very prompt in answering your questions through online and in store. Will buy from them again soon. If you are purchasing any part you should call ahead and ask if they have it in stock. I unknowingly ordered a clutch plate and basket thinking that they had it in stock but they had to order it from Italy. Longest 10 days waiting for parts coming from Italy but nonetheless it came as described. Cool benefit that not a lot of places have is their loyalty point system. When you purchase anything in their online store you get points in which you can use to buy more products or use it towards maintenance services.

My first Yelp! I guess that says something about this place. I am pretty conscious of where and how I spend my money. So, when I decided to get a new bike, I did a lot of shopping around. Though Pro Italia is WAY out of my way, their outstanding level of service, relaxed atmosphere and all-around good vibe sealed the deal. Not to mention, when it comes to test rides, these guys have the absolute best location around. Love my '13 Thruxton. Great bike and a great experience.

Came in looking for a Triumph and walked out with a Moto Guzzi V7 stone because it was just too damn sexy. The moment I sat on the thing I knew I had found a match. Chris, Scott and Bob were all great! Laid back and not pushy unless you're talking warranty, but that's for the customers protection honestly. Tons of beautiful bikes and friendly staff. Loving the new ride!

I've never bought a motorcycle or any apparel, accessories or parts from this location, so I don't have anything critical to review, but I will say the staff are friendly and patient. They are happy to spend time with you talking about what you're interested in and what you'd like to get out of riding, experience wise. Unfortunately they are connected to pro Italia, so there's that.

This is my first Yelp post. I don't do social media, as a rule, per se, but when you receive the type of personal and professional customer service such as I've received time and again from John and rest of the service department at Pro Italia, i just had to say something (despite my social media phobia). Today it was finally cool enough where I wouldn't feel too bad about taking my bike in to have it washed (I know, I know, but my ocd issues make it so that if I were to begin washing my bike, I might never stop, so...) Anyway, John said just drop it off and cruise back by in a coupla hours, all the while pointing me in the direction of a cool little cafe up the street. After grabbing a bite and doing the crossword I ambled back down to the shop. When I arrived John promptly walked me out to my bike and as I was admiring it gleaming in the sun I went to pull out the $20 for the wash and John in the coolest way possible, said, "don't worry about it, you're straight." I insisted, but so did he and then he just said, give us a nice Yelp review or something... So here I am and there you are. Thanks again John and thanks again Pro Italia. Will see ya for valve job in another 3K miles or so. Cheers, Louie

Recently bought a 2014 Scrambler from Rob at Pro Italia's triumph location. It's my 24th motorcycle and was by far the best purchasing experience I've had. Timely, professional, personable. Zero complaints. I'd never purchased from pro italia before or had any dealings with them beforehand so you never know what you're going to get at a new to you dealer. Couldn't be happier and plan on buying my next, and next and next bike with them as well.

I bought a Roland Sands jacket here. I wasn't pressured at all, tried on a lot of different ones til I decided on the one I liked. I went back a few months later on a whim as I was driving by heading home. I talked to Robbes for about 30 mins about different Moto Guzzis (I ride a Ducati Monster now). I took my time, sat on a few bikes, and Robbes answered my questions about Moto Guzzis very well. I'll buy a Guzzi here because of the great treatment I get.

After trying in vain to fix an older Ducati, to my surprised I encountered a gap of know how in knowledge of properly working on Italian bikes. Not until a friend referred me to Pro Italia that I finally found a wealth of everything Ducati universe. Not only a great Motorcycle dealership, but a hot bed of technical hands-on experience. To them, nothing more than the highest accolades and praise. Without a shadow of a doubt, 5 stars service, from a top-notch Service Department to me the best in the State. I never worried or had to hustled about service or price, Ruben was instrumental in providing clarity on the service needed and necessary repairs and parts.
I strongly recommend to anyone looking to buy, service or maintain an Italian motorcycle to visit Pro Italia.
Thank you,
Luis
