Returns of Parts and Apparel
We want you to be 100% pleased with all your Pro Italia purchases. If you are not completely satisfied we will offer you an exchange or store credit.
In order to return an item you must get a Return Merchandise Authorization # or RMA.
To get an RMA # please call Pro Italia at (818)249-5707. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA#.

Parts, clothing and gift items may be returned to Pro Italia within 30 days for exchange or store credit.
All items must be returned in there original condition, unused with all it's packaging, and must have an authorized RMA#.
Parts that have been used on a bike or damaged in any way are not eligible for return.
Software, manuals, swimsuits, clearence items, used clothing and special orders may not be returned.
A 20% restocking fee may apply to certain parts, please contact parts@proitalia.com with questions.

Helmets bought either in our Los Angeles showroom or online are non-returnable.
Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.

Shipping
Our shipping department is open for questions Tuesday through Saturday, from 10AM to 5PM Pacific Time, at (818) 249-5707.
We ship using UPS Tuesday through Friday.
All in-stock orders received during normal business hours will ship within 24 hours.
In stock orders received after 12PM Friday until 12PM Monday will go out the following Tuesday afternoon.
We will notify you via email if an item is out of stock and do our best to give you a accurate ETA on the item.

International Shipping: Chances are we ship to your country with clients in Australia, Canada and Mexico commonly ordering items. To order you can a) call or email us re: availability and to get a shipping quote or you can b) order via our online checkout and assume the shipping cost will be a touch higher. Once we receive your online order our shipping dept. will email you confirming your order, availability and true shipping cost before fully processing your order. Please look for an email from us within a day or so (keeping our hours in mind) as we will not process your order until we confirm it with you. Any questions about international shipping should be addressed to shipping@proitalia.com.
