Service Department
Pro Italia's garage has the largest exclusive Aprilia, Ducati and MV Agusta service team in Southern California with over 50 combined years of working on Aprilia, Ducati and MV Agusta and other exotic motorcycles. Why choose us? Our own Marc Maidens is a Ducati Master Mechanic (Level III - rare) which means he groks, among much more, the inner workings and set-up of Ohlins suspension and is trained in advanced Ducati electronic troubleshooting. Peek into our service bay and you will often see DD16s being cared for. They may have been bought somewhere else, but when they need service, discerning owners choose Marc at PI. No matter what you ride we offer an affordable option to towing in our pick-up and drop-off service and if you are making an advance appointment for a Factory Scheduled Major Service, ask if we have a loaner bike available for a few days.
The build quality of Italian motorcycles are better than ever, easily as good, if not better than many other brands. That said they still require specialized care, attention and knowledge to be kept in top running order for many, many years. Even as one of the top Ducati dealerships in the world our shop prices are highly competitive and our techs are top-notch. Call Service at 818 249-5707 now to schedule your appointment.
Service features
Sunday drop-off Although our service department is closed on Sundays, your bike can be dropped of with prior (meaning by Saturday afternoon) arrangement with the Service Department. Please call our service department to schedule a Sunday drop-off. No Sunday drop-off without prior arrangements please.
Pickup / Delivery Make an appointment for your bike's Factory Scheduled Major Service and we'll pick-up or drop-off your bike for a reduced fee. Want the convience of van pick-up or drop-off but not the hefty expense? Tow companies can charge up to $125 and won't provide the TLC that we have for your bike. If you live within 15 miles of us and need a factory scheduled major service performed by factory-trained wizards a pick-up OR a drop-off will only cost $75 (one way). Live further away - call, we'll work with you to save a few $. Bike towing can be costly. For a smaller fee we'll get your bike in and have its most important standard upkeep taken care of properly.
Loaner bikes If you'd rather ride your bike in for its Factory Scheduled Major Service then you may be able to take advantage of one of our loaner bikes. Make an advance appointment for some Factory Scheduled Major Service (a 7500 mile Ducati service for example) and, depending on the availability of our very small fleet, Edward will try to get you on a loaner bike for up to three days so you don't miss any riding time.
Used bike evaluation You are just about to complete the purchase of an exotic Italian motorcycle from a private seller. Bring it to Pro Italia before the final transaction for an evaluation. A typical once over takes an hour and will only cost $90, giving you the information you need to make the right decision.
Non-Italian motorcycle basic service Call us for simple work, like tire changes, for your non-Italian bikes.
