Pro Italia's garage has the largest exclusive Ducati and MV Agusta service team in southern California with over 50 combined years of working on Ducati and MV Agusta and other exotic motorcycles. Our technicians are factory certified by Ducati and MV Agusta and the fact that we have four of them means most service work is completed quickly.

Service features

Sunday drop-off
Although our service department is closed on Sundays, your bike can be dropped of with prior (meaning by Saturday afternoon) arrangemenet with the service department. Please call our service department to schedule a Sunday drop-off. No Sunday drop-off without prior arrangements please.

Home pickup / drop off
Our service team may be able to pick up or drop off motorcycles for local customers. Please call service for scheduling.

Service work by mail
Pro Italia's highly trained and experienced technicians can work on your exotic Italian machine whether you live in southern California or northern Maine. A common job to be done via "the mail" would be a valve adjustment - a precision operation - by simply shipping us the engine's head. This particular job is typically a 1-2 day turnaround and then its back into the box and shipped back to you. We can even do a complete engine overhaul by mail.

Performance tuning and customization
We can perform a wide range of performance upgrades and personalization work including porting and polishing heads, installing high performance engine kits, track day preparation, suspension setup, powder coating, custom paint and of course carbon fibre'ing.

Restorations
Ducati's Sport Classic range may be here and now, but the inspirations for this line, the classic gems, are getting more rare with each passing year. We are happy to make a quote on the restoration of any vintage Italian motorcycle.

Used bike evaluation
You are just about to complete the purchase of an exotic Italian motorcycle from a private seller. Bring it to Pro Italia before the final transaction for an evaluation. A typical once over takes an hour and will only cost $90, giving you the information you need to make the right decision.

Non-Italian motorcycle basic service
Call us for simple work, like tire changes, for your non-Italian bikes.

Garage Chief and Service Writer

Marc Maidens
Marc Maidens is our Shop Chief. Marc has been working with Pro Italia for 4 years now and he rides a stylish 900 Monster. He took over shop oversight duties during the summer of 2006 as our previous Chief, John French, has ridden off for greener pastures assuming a new role at Ducati North America.

Patrick Day
Patrick is our Service Writer and is most likely the person you will talk to in order to arrange service, restoration, hot-rodding, customizing or Sunday drop-off of your motorcycle. Pat had a tricked M750 with Conti replica pipes, but currently owns an 1100 MTS, a 900FE, '02 748S and 910 Brutale.
